Tabla - Level 1 (Beginner)

Tabla - Level 2 (Intermediate)

• Creating Tukras, Parans and Farmeshi Paran and Chakradars
• Concept and calculations of Tihai
• Emphasis on 16, 14, 12 and 10 beat cycles
Tabla - Level 3 (Advanced)
• Deeper understanding of rhythmic cycles and Chalan
• Introduction to Layakari
• Creating Tukras, Parans and Farmeshi Paran and Chakradars
• Concept and calculations of Tihai
• Emphasis on 16, 14, 12 and 10 beat cycles
• Composing Kaidas, Peshkars and Tukras
• Laikari and Shand creation
• Focus on performing solo in different Taals
• Understanding nuances between accompaniment and solo performance
